The next Bayview Village BOD Workshop will be at the Bay Club on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM. This meeting is open to Bayview Village residents. Topics for discussion will be sent out prior to this meeting.

The next Bayview Village BOD Meeting will be at the Bay Club on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 10 AM. The meeting is open to Bayview Village residents. An Agenda will be sent out prior to the meeting.

May 2024 - The 3rd Quarter Budget Update is available on the Finance page.

May 2024 - Bayview Village Board is asking for your help.

We are looking for volunteers to update the Bayview Village Supplemental Declaration (CCRs) and the Bayview Village By-Laws. Please contact Doug Hewett (pres@bayviewvillage.info) if you are interested in working on this very important update.

We are also looking for volunteers to work with Lynne Pihl and Rick Stafford to develop a long term vegetation management plan for the area around the Pond. This plan is necessary to reduce fire risk, reduce on-going maintenance, and improve the appearance of the Pond area.
