2025 Annual Meeting

The Bayview Village 2025 Annual Meeting was held at the Bay Club on Tuesday, June 10th. Meeting minutes are available on the Board webpage along with the minutes from other board meetings.

News from the Bayview Village Board

March 2026 - Quarterly dues are due on April 1st. Invoices are now being sent two weeks before the due date, so on or before March 16th. This provides homeowners with six weeks to submit payments before unpaid dues become delinquent on April 30th.
